Happy is not as good as the exceptional Living Under June but still a very enjoyable album that grows on you over time.

Great CD with full-length versions of songs shortened for the "Best Of" CD. Vintage Dire Straits which only gets better the more you listen to it. Understated and highly professional musicians led, of course, by Mark Knopfler himself.

The published critique has it exactly right: while much later than the original ELO albums, this album is much in the style of ELO music as we know and love it and, hence, probably the reason Jeff Lynne chose to release it as an ELO album. No peaks as high as on previous albums but generally very enjoyable and listenable!
