~ Beware! ~

"Music fan from portalnd, in my opinion, your opinion is no good! I can't grasp the whole concept of "how" someone or anyone can not enjoy hearing the original, soothing rock sounds of At the Drive-in! It seems to me that "Rage..." discovered this incredilby awesome band and decided they'd try something different (the At the Drive-in "sound") for their new album. In turn, it sounded okay, but not nearly as profound as ATDI. The outcome: an album with a dash of new sounds, but the same ol' "scream-talk" that makes every one of their albums sound alike! In my opinion "At the Drive-in" and the words "poor music" should never, in the firey pits of hell, be put together in the same sentence! At the Drive-in sound better and better every album. My advice to the ones who disagree; "Catch 'em in concert! You'll change your mind." ...I must have read a thousand faces..."

"I registered with this site simply to put that moron from portland in his place. He obviously has no clue what in the hell hes talking about. At the drive in is one of the most unique break through bands that ever existed. Part of their talent was their abilty to be extremely versatile. In my opinion they showed how simple music of their day was by throwing a few songs in that sounded vaguely like something familiar, but then completely blowing your mind away with a song like autorelocator. In order to really appreciate the music, you need to get past your small minded views of "This band needs to sound This way in EVERY song" Need I remind your insignificant opinion of Pink Floyd? But judging from your idiotic comment you probably dont even recognize the significance of the breakthrough Pink Floyd made in the music spectrum. In conclusion YOUR A MORON AND I HOPE PORTLAND SINKS INTO THE SEA. Oh and PS. they never played more than one ATDI song on the radio, and they still got booed when they played shows that idiots like you were at. DIE"

"Well, we have 3 mixes of "Streamlined" by Sunshine, and two new jammies from ATDI. This is my first introduction to Sunshine, and the song on this disc is really nothing more than one drum beat with various guitar effects over it (and vocals). Nothing too exciting -- nor are the two remixes. As far as At the Drive-In is concerned, "Extracirricular" seems to be your standard ol' run of mill ATDI song...not earthshattering by any means (hey, I didn't really like "Catacombs" either, although that is different). But "Autorelocator" deviates into an electronic world that ATDI have never to this point explored so deeply. Its a very interesting song, once again built around one drum loop, but it seems to have a lot more lasting value to it than "Streamlined." Overall, its a fair listen, but these three songs (and 2 remixes) are definately not worth ten bucks."
