The 16 tracks presented here are from 5 cassette-only albums I released between 1983-1987. It's Time to Captivate a Planet, Who's Minding the Store, Love Walk, Break My Soul, and Cheap Guitars for Everyone! were all recorded in my room on a very early Fostex X-15 4-track (which I can't remember how to use!--gotta get reacquainted). They represent a kind of snapshot of that time and era. A little out, a little mid-road. But to hell with categories! I like to think of them as just plain square crazy!!
