CD Reviews

Pat's best, finally!
S. Gaines | Midway City, CA United States | 08/08/2002
(5 out of 5 stars)

"It's all here, 20 of her best on this imported remastered release. She's had many best of's including "Best Shots," but each of them had some tasty hits missing, here you get it all. Worth the money many times over! Find her "All Fired Up" set if you can, an even better purchase, with 2 great CD's."
A great CD! Highly recommended!
Lawrance M. Bernabo | 08/14/2002
(4 out of 5 stars)

"Almost a perfect album with the exception of 4 tracks missing: Little Too Late, You Better Run, I'm Going To Follow You and Precious Time. Other than that, a great CD !"
20 classic hits from Pat Benatar; but why stop there?
Lawrance M. Bernabo | The Zenith City, Duluth, Minnesota | 10/14/2002
(5 out of 5 stars)

"This collection of hits from Pat Benatar shows how long the little lady with the great big voice has been turning them out. These 20 hits come from 10 different albums, with "Heartbreaker" and "I Need A Lover" off of 1979's "In the Heat of the Night" to "Everybody Lay Down" from 1993's "Gravity's Rainbow." With 20 tracks this collection offers more than you can find on any other single disc. You can do some minor quibbling over some of the selections, but the better argument to make is that there are more pretty good songs out there, such as "Don't Let It Show," "Wuthering Heights," and "Too Long a Solider." If you know you like look at the list and you see song after song that you remember listening to and liking way back when, then maybe what you need to consider doing is to start picking up all of the Benatar albums from wence cometh these hits. That would not be a bad move."
