Pure pleasure of a CD

"This CD is wonderful! You know when you listen to a CD and actually like every track on it? What a rare pleasure. This is one of those CDs. I had a surprise opportunity to see Lila perform and instantly bought both of her CDs. She plays guitar and harmonica at the same time, with easy comfortable skill; a talented woman in all respects.

Her voice is somewhat like Natalie Merchant's, with overtones of Nora Jones and Joni Mitchell. Her lyrics are insightful, clever, varied in theme and so well written I listen closely over and over again for more hidden meanings. It's an easy going CD musically, sort of on par with Jack Johnson in it's mood.

Easy to love this album. Take the risk (there are no tracks for you to hear) and buy it, you won't be sorry."
