"the single is superb. val shows the strength of the czars song writing and is a delicious prelude to the full length album that will be released shortly. the 2 cover versions have brought tears to my eyes when i have been lying in my bed at night. john grant's vocals are just that moving. the simon and garfunkel cover is better than the original version, it captures a more wistful feeling. the patsy cline cover of strange is equally as rapturous. i love how the single closes with the echoes of "how strange". the czars are destined for great things and this single is an excellent buy for listeners who crave beautiful vocals in their music."
