I'm surprised this is not already being discussed. I don't visit this website as often as I used to but lately when I've tried to do so, it is unavailable for hours on end. This has impacted my ability to mark a CD received and to respond to a wish list offer before it expires.

This seems likely to be server problems that the site owners need to work out. Have other members encountered this problem much in 2023?

Offer them in the CD Bazaar part of the forum. The going rate is $3/credit. The credits probably won't sell swiftly, as many other members also have too many credits to use and have offered them for sale. That's a problem I've never had! If you're a member of Paperback Swap and Swap a DVD, you can of course also list your credits for sale there, and those sister sites are more active than this one.

Under the "Help Center" tab, click "Contact Us" and send them a message with a request to cancel your account. Should you change your mind later, you can contact them again and they'll reopen it.
