The nightingale of Israel sings wonderful tunes, set to beautiful music. All the tracks on this album are amazing. Particularly memorable are tracks 3, 4 ,6, 11 and 14. Her work should definitely be better known outside of Israel, bringing to life hot summer nights in the boulevards of Jerusalem, the open desert air of Beersheva, the bustle of the Tel Aviv beachfront, or the promenade in front of the Kinneret Sea (Galilee) in Tiberias. Words fail me. This is truly beautiful." |
