Over that last several thousand years many a horseman and horsewoman have come to experience the life giving power of good horses. To me the horse is a reflection of God s beauty and grace. It was one of His greatest blessings to us plodding pedestrians. Astride a horse we are able to elevate our souls. In 1939 My father Rib and his brother Duke took a journey to Marfa TX to purchase some Quarter Horse seed stock to improve the genetics of their using horses, and so along with the rest of my family I have had the luck of being raised around good horses.
