CD ReviewsThe one and only Sharon Kam 10/27/1998 (5 out of 5 stars) "The most characteric quality in Ms. Kam's playing is excitement. There in NEVER a dull moment. The somewhat unpredictable tempi and rubati are surprizingly "correct". Sharon Kam plays primarily for her own pleasure and this feeling is beautifully conveyed in the playing. There is nothing false in the performance which gives the listener sheer delight.The recording is extremely good, and even the "disturbance" in the form of the sound of breathing come natural. I strongly recommend to hunt and collect every disk of hers. Each, even those in which she has a small role, is pure artistry."
