"Bought this looking for sparse background to tai chi practice and standing meditation. Initially felt only four of 11 tracks really fit the bill and that the musician was playing too many notes and showing off too many synthesizer settings. In very good meditation music, the space between notes is given as much weight as the notes themselves. This recording is a bit busy. But I have found myself growing to appreciate tracks I originally thought were too busy. A big plus--no water fountain, rain or bird chirps. Not a bad disc for background or practice."
