Stunning

"I've been a fan of Bukem and his labels for a long time now, and this is one of my favorite releases (along with the Intense live cd from Logical Progression 3). It isn't drum n' bass, it's more downtempo, and it rolls with 70's style funk. If you ever need to prove to a friend that electronic music isn't just about dancing and beats, play this cd for them. If it can't open their eyes for them, then nothing will. Thank goodness for Bukem. He and his labels offer a welcome departure from the typical hardness of drum n' bass."
One of the best downbeat cds of the year

"Buy this if you liked any of the Earth compilations. It has no drum and bass tracks but don't see this as a bad thing because every tune has a lush, jazzy feel that means quick bpms are not vital to make a decent tune. There are many 70s influences within the songs that gives the whole cd a kind of moody soundtrack feel. The addition of live musicians means that the songs have an organic feel that bely their machine fed origins.Essential."
