CD Reviews

Marc Shaiman at his best
(5 out of 5 stars)

"The score tracks on this CD are among the most played of any of Shaiman's music that I have, right next to American President. Piano and woodwind solos fill the score with emotion, backed up by sweeping orchestrations, this score is one of the most heartwarming and uplifting CD's I own. I can't say much for the songs, I never really listen to the pop music on film soundtracks, but this is a CD you could get just for the little more than 20 minutes of score, in one word, it is excellent."
Missing song

"The music in this movie is fantastic...and the missing song after "only you know and I know" is "Into the Mystic" by Van Morrison. Hope this helps!"
Great Piano,Violin,and Flute Music!

"I really like the instrumental part of the soundtrack. I am not sure about the other parts of the soundtrack.(check the review at the bottom of mine's if you are interested in the actual song of the movie. If you like the instrumental part of the soundtrack ,this review is for you. If you like soft and depressing music this soundtrack this is a good soundtrack for you. It is kind of like James Horner and Randy Edelman's music. (James Horner did Glory,Casper,Titanic,Aliens, and many more orastra sundtracks)(Randy Edelman did (Gettysburg,Daylight,DragonHeart, and other orcastra soundtracks too) I think it is a must buy."
