Eleven of the twelve tracks are the originals

"Pretty good (if brief) survey of early rock hits. Since Amazon has not provided sound samples for this CD, buyers should know that track 5 ("Blue Suede Shoes") is not the original Carl Perkins version but an alternate version that sounds as if it were recorded live. The remaining tracks are all the original versions.

My only other gripe is that I don't know why "Sh-Boom" is included here, as that song belongs to the Hit Parade era more than the rock n roll era that eclipsed it."
