"What can you say about this Guitarist and these albums that would do them justice, I have been a Uli Roth fan since the early eighties. I purchased his first two solo albums "Earthquake" and "Firewind" in 1983, the singing did not make me get to excited, but his guitar playing on those albums was awesome, very hendrixy chordal voicings coupled with his unique melodic soloing which he delivers with a beautiful tone, exceptional technique, and wonderful finger and tremolo arm vibrato, one of the few technically advanced players who can play with incredible feel and sensitivity, "not a brutal shredder". I believe "beyond the Astral skies" should be a land mark in musical history,it has phenomenally inspiring music on it, plus more exceptional playing. Uli seems to tap into the same kind of energy that hendrix did,his style is different, but a similar vibe encompasses both these players works. I recommend buying these albums. The last album he made was a departure from his earlier work but if you like classical music blended with rock music this album is equally as good,(keep in mind Prologue to Symphonic Legends is driven more by his song writting talents,he plays sparingly but each solo is great)Have a great day and remember to listen to some Uli jon Roth, he will make your day!"
Very interesting listening...

"I often come back to this CD. It has come pretty stunning guitar work on it and is so full of musical melodrama. I love it!"
