Only two new DOA tracks, not worth the list price

"DOA rules, but this new split album really disappointed me. From the track listing, it looks like there's six new songs, and I knew this was going to be a little expensive for what's essentially an EP. I had no problem with that until I bought it and found out there's only two new tracks on here. Of those songs, "Beat 'Em, Bust 'Em" is great, certainly worth hearing. The other, "Are U Ready," seemed rocking enough until it got way too repetitive. The other four are previously released songs that appear in their exact same versions from past LPs: "Dead Men Tell No Tales" and "I Am Canadian" (straight from "Win the Battle"), "Give 'Em the Lumber" (from "Festival of Atheists"), and "Overtime" (way back from "Loggerheads").The other half is six songs by Thor, a burlyman Canadian metal group that seem like cool enough guys. But no offense, I only wanted the DOA songs, and new ones at that. You should only get this if you have to have every track to complete your collection. This should really get ONE star, but Joe Keithley's the man, so I can't bring myself to do it. It's still a bummer that this overpriced vanity release saw the light of day instead of hands-down essential records like "War on 45" and underappreciated gems like "The Black Spot" getting rereleased. I highly recommend that you get the "Hardcore 81" reissue instead, or the "Bloodied But Unbowed/War on 45" CD (the one on Restless, since that's the only edition that has "War on 45," their finest album). Otherwise, try to get this record cheap."
