CD Reviews

Three Mile Pilot is what changed my view of Good music
Matthew Deems | San Francisco, CA | 06/24/2000
(5 out of 5 stars)

"Three Mile Pilot, the underground wonder from San Diego, has been one of the most influencial bands in my music selection for the last 8 years. Seeing them progress and develope as true artist (not just with TMP but other self produced projects like Pinback & Black Heart Procession) has been an increadible inspiration. Thanks to Three Mile Pilot as well as to others who have supported them and the other great artists of San Diego and all over the world! Check out.. Physics, Thinggy, Heavey Vegetable, Optagonally Yours, Rob Crow... Mogai, Trans Am, Tortoise, June of 44, God Speed You Black Emperor, Boilermaker, distric2, welcome.to/distric2, Pinback, Blackheart Procession, Built to Spill, Pedro the Lion...and on and on.... MP3 is not a crime, it supports the equality of music. Thanks"

"Astounding record. You've heard nothing like this--kind of like if you mixed Pink Floyd with Radiohead, I guess. Love this record!"
Amazing Stuff

"I love this CD to death--as well as the other Three Mile Pilot CD I have (can't remember the title). When you factor in the incredible Black Heart Procession, these guys are just amazing. Few CDs grow on you the way their music does--it has depth to it and the 30th listen is actually more invigorating than the first."
