CD ReviewsWhat is the Trouble with Sweeney? 12/20/2000 (5 out of 5 stars) "This some of the better songwriting I have heard in the indie-rock genre in a while. The songs are pretty mellow with an almost alt-country vibe. Though somewhat understated, the songs are moving and effective without using the gimmicks employed by many indie bands -- just good American music. I would compare them to Pavement, Nick Drake, Palace Brothers and Elliot Smith."
