Synopsis

Product Description
VOICE OF AMERICA was The Quakes second album on Nervous Records (U.K.) and was also released on Planet Records (Japan). It's hard to say if it's Psychobilly or Neo-Rockabilly. It's just an example of great rocking. Slap-Bass player Rob Peltier can later be found, working with bands like Irving Klaws and Tiger Army.

CD Reviews

One Of A Kind

(4 out of 5 stars)

"This is the bands' second album. Not as psycho as the first one, but it rocks. More neo-rockabilly, more melodic, fast and better produced than the first one. It has something that reminds me of the Stray Cats. All songs are GREAT, with exception of Paint it Black, which is nothing new."
Best album!
