While on tour opening for THE WHO Bill Curbishly , the Who's manager had the Rolling Stones mobile unit record this show with Glyn Johns mixing in the truck. Original mastered by long time Who soundman and Pete Townsends right hand man Bob Predden , the sound of this Cd may rank as the best recorded live album you will hear . Taken from fat master reels and produced onto Cd you will hear the original band in all their Glory . This is recorded on June 14,1976 making this one of Frank O Keefe's last performances with the band .
The Songs are tight and clean . Love Song is mixed into this performance from another show as the encore was lost .
Also on this recording is a legendary interview the band did in 2007 while performing on the Volunteer Jam Tour . You get two live in the studio performances of There Goes another Love Song and Green grass and High Tides .
This is the Holy Grail of Outlaw recordings
