Album Description This CD is a compilation of great hits from the 50's, 60's & 70's by artists such as Tommy James and the Shondells, The Moody Blues, Dion, Neil Diamond, K.C. and the Sunshine Band, and Head East. Included on the CD, you will here The Great Pretenders' debut single "A Girl Like You". A Girl Like You, reminiscent of the mid-sixties British pop sound was composed by Russ Saylor and arranged and recorded by he and other band members Ken Adams, Michael Adams and Frank Adams. The album which was arranged and produced by The Great Pretenders was recorded at Tune Town Recording in Newton Falls, Ohio by Engineer Mike Talanca. He and Rick Powell, Sound Technician for The Great Pretenders, did final mix down. Dan Shirey of Oakwood Audio in Oil City, PA. mastered the product, which is published by Sina-Tone. Similar CDs

Close your eyes and you may just forget that these aren't the original performers from the past. The most memorable songs I've heard on this collection include "Draggin The Line", "Nights In White Satin", and "This Magic Moment". When is the group going to release their second CD?"
