Synopsis

Album Description
This CD is a collection of ten of Cynthia's earlier songs written in the folk/country/blues style. Roy Lechich, as always, plays guitar, violin, and piano and shares in the arrangement and production tasks. He will sing on occasion, as well. This CD has a little touch of honky-tonk and is basically what you would listen to if you want to dance a little and get happy. "Rise Little One" if you like to play in the snow with little kids.
"Life's a Bust" for those slow, draggy days that never end.
"Bobby" as a lively kick-off to a party.
"Close Up the Distance" to keep dancing.
"Walk Out on Me" for some harmonies in vocals and violin and a waltz time. People who are familiar with gOA (gods of Ambivalence) and Fraunty Dunn know that, along with their brighter, alt-rock numbers, there are a lot of moments when their music can bring one to the edge of the void before bringing them back home, so this is a sparky diversion for those days when you just wanna have fun.
