Die anderen Musiker auf diesem CD sind auch sehr gut! Wenn Sie glücklich sind, hören Sie diese Musik! Wenn Sie furious sind, hören Sie zu den schönen Stimmen! Wenn Sie traurig sind! They don't make em like this anymore

"In a word, fantastic. Just when you think you're gonna drown from all the polished AOR around, a band will rise and slap you in the face to teach you what music should be about. The main feature of this record is that the band recording were having FUN! They weren't planning a five album career and dollar spining tour, it is the sound of a band making the best album they can AND enjoying every second of it.The songs are what hold this record together with 15 short sweet postpunkpowerpop explosions. Diamonds like 'Angel', 'This Boy' and `Zodiac`, really prove that That Dog are one of the Ninties great lost bands. Petra Haden's bass playing is some of the best I've ever heard, while Tony bangs the drumz to a new standard.Believe me, you need to hear this album."
Amongst the best
Andrew D. Eisenstein | Santa Cruz, CA United States | 07/21/2002

"This album is one of the absolutely best pop-punk albums ever made. The whole package, the album features stunning vocal harmonization from Anna and the Hayden sisters. The tunes are both catchy and creative, ranging from the through-composed "Family functions" to a postmodern delight in "You are here." More important than any of this is the remarkable humility that are apparent in Anna's lyrics. Rather than attempting to write deep and profound poetry (and failing as most songwriters do), Anna writes lyrics that are clearly based on personal experience in a beautiful and humble way. If you do not own this album, you are missing out on one of the great pleasures of life. No hyperbole."
