"I originally checked this CD out at the local library, and after one listen, I had to have it. The recording is excellent; the piece is full of energy and emotion, and I feel that it captures the essence of Shostakovich quite well. I would recommend this to anyone...I'm certainly proud to have it as part of my collection.
