Canadian hiphop

"What is this with people saying 'even though its Canadian its still good"? Canada has the best label in the world Battle Axe Records. They have the best freestyle in the world, Bishop. They also have amazing hiphop acts like Swollen Members, ATU, Classified, Sweatshop Union, LMNO and more! So people dissing Canadian hip-hop should get out from under their rock and listen to it! check out, sandboxautomatic.com, best underground site, PEACE"

"flat out, one of the best overall cd's ive heard, and ive heard thousands, and own thousands. wide variety of beats, some to chill and smoke to, and others to nod your head to. would compare to groundbreaking albums such as deltron 3030 and sonic sum. its just one of those cd's where you cant really say youve heard anything like it before. just to throw this in, tons of love to the extended famm. check it. is tonedeff sick or what? blackalicious."
Canadian Hip Hop a pleasant surprise

"Candadian Hip Hop Group Sweatshop Union proves to be lyrically and musically inclined creating a breath of freah air in an oversaturated world of money-rapping MC's. In my opinoin this is one of the best hip-hop albums 2002 has seen if not the best. However, I did have high expectation from a group on Battle Axe records, a lablel featuring Swollen Member, Moka Only, Abstract Rude, LMNO and others. "The Human's Race" which will be their first video off the album is one of my favorite tracks exibiting a powerful display of production value and lyrics. But unlike many up and coming artist that have one or two play-worthy tracks, this album can be played in its entirety and leave you satisfied and away from the skip track button. I predict Sweatshop Union will not go un-noticed. A must have."
