Bennett | Renton Wa USA | 03/10/2007 (4 out of 5 stars) "Most likely the best funk music occurs on the funk brothers 1&2 cds and the funk sisters cds at least those compilations have the best known vocalists and groups most folks would be familiar with. Altho none of the vocalist or bands are as powerful on this cd as the better known bands, its good to give other vocalists some recognition. I think Betty Barney was a quite brilliant vocalist, and I believe as music is in a resurrection process one may reasonably expect more of her material to become available.,"
