A LOT of spoken word sections about aliens who have created their own radio frequency. But it's about art and life from this really interesting perspective. Excellent underground style music too, would make a good film soundtrack. I love Burroughs and Godard, so this is not for everybody. There are elements of "Nova Express" and "Alphaville" messagewise and in delivery. But if you're one of the outsider people it was meant for, this is a great cd!!!
