""E che mai sarà-Le mie più belle canzoni", is the fourth Spagna's album in italian. The ex queen of the discos, in this album proposes again her old hits, like the italian traslation of the Elton John "The circle of life" that is become "Il cerchio della vita", the ballads "Gente come noi", "Lupi Solitari", Eio pensa a te" "Dov'eri" and the rhythmical songs "Come il cielo" "Ti amo", "Lay da da" and "Se fosse vero amore". There's an extra-bonus too: the italian world cup song written with Emilio Estefan:"Il bello della vita""

"So, we've got in Italy this woman that for quite a long time - say 1986 to 1993 - enjoyed europewide success singing in English.
Most of us who were teens will definitely remember CALL ME as being THE summer anthem for 1987.
She moved on full speed aehead from there and collaborated with such names as Diane Warren, Rhett Lawrence, Guy Roche...
And then...pow...she decided to give it a shot singing in Italian.
And success was massive in our homecountry.
Having worked all of those years with an American way of recording in mind, Spagna was the very first one over here to bring along an AC flavour into the italian music scene.
The songs you find in this collection will be appreciated even if you do not understand our language - that i do believe IS the language of love when you sing your emotions...
You will be really surprised to hear such musical influences matched with a foreign language.
Hey, sorry, no translations for the songs but the lyrics are there to be read...LOL
If you are an AC fanatic as I am, or if you like the italian language...or just like good music, a good voice and want to try something new...you really should buy this and then post your impressions here!"
