"This is better suited for active yoga classes, but the flow and tempo of this CD is outstanding. The rhythms are enchanting and you will find many students tapping theirs toes and letting lose. Not good for gentle, slow or relaxing classes, this is best for active yoga and magnificent for flow style yoga. The theme expressed through the entire CD was power and softness, the true hatha. Nice ease into the practice at the beginning of the CD, very nice transition into a heat building portion of the practice, and one of the best transitions I've ever heard from a yoga CD into cool down and Sivasana.A must have CD, I lost the first CD and this is one of the few that I'm replacing out of the entire 20 CD case filled with Yoga music I had lost."

"I really like this CD, great beat throughout. I teach "Active Yoga" and this is perfect to keep the class moving but it is also meditative, the music will not interfere with class instruction. Perfect for teaching and good listening music."

"I first heard this CD at my power yoga class at the gym. The tracks coordinate well with a one hour class, to a mellow smooth beginning, increasing beats and intensity in the middle and then a soothing ending perfect for sivasana. This is one of my top yoga CDs, highly reccomend if you are having trouble getting motivated to practice at home. This makes it so enjoyable!"
