"I got the Reinventing CD and have found it to be one of the only of many relaxation CD's that "actually" works, and truly relaxes me. The sound of her voice is pure and clear. I suffer insomnia and stress a lot and there are nights when I simply can't fall asleep. If I didn't have this to listen to I doubt I'd get to sleep. Most of the time I am asleep before the CD has ended. I have my laptop on a stool by my bed.

I turn on the visualizer and the room is filled with soft color and puts me in a very special place.

I would recommend this to anyone who knows that it is like to be truly "taken away" and relaxed to the point of sleep. It is not a wordy CD, nothing to make you think, just relaxing. Lulling words and a place that allows deep relaxation."
