"This is contemporary religious Lukumi / Yoruba music at its best. The arrangements add tremendously to the traditional orikis that we are used to. The music is beautiful.



I got this collection almost ten years ago from my best friend, who is an omo-Ochosi, and so the music brings back a lot of memories, they awaken devotion to the Orisha and they remind me of friendship ties. I learned the oriki listening to Sintesis."

"Wonderful album. Purists might cringe, but I love they way Sintesis took the yoruba melodies and added a contemporary accomponiment that doesn't detract from the music. Too bad that albums like this never bother to include the lyrics. Y tambien muestra mucho amor y respecto a los Orisha. No hay mejor alegria."
