"This is Shotgun Messiah at their best. This is before they sold out to the sound of the 90's.If your lookin for some 80's metal that's tough rocks and is anthem party fun, then this is your piece of sweet Cherry Pie right here.

1.Bop City(9/10)Great rockin tune.A party favorite of mine.If you like the 80's you'll love this track.

2.Don't Care Bout Nothin(8/10)Another solid metal rocker.More thrilling guitar work!

3.Shout it Out(7/10)This one was a club favorite I believe when they performed.Good tune!

4.Squeezin Teazin(8/10)Another cool metal song to blast in your car,Love the lyrics to this one!

5.The Explorer(instrumental)(9/10)This guy can shred up a storm.Nice fret work showing off that guitar talent.

6.Nowhere Fast(7/10)Great Track,really like it!

7.Dirt Talk(8/10)The bass on this one sounds suberb.Another cool tune for the record.

8.I'm your Love(9/10)The guitars and vocals are impressive on this one.

9.Nervous(10/10)Save the best for last.Want hi-octane electric guitar fury and great sing a long vocal chorus, then this is the one.The best track on here, it's worth buying the album for alone.A stunnigly fun song that's very impressive. The guitar work is out of this dimension.

Overall if you love 80's metal buy this, you won't be sorry!"

"If you were into glam in the late 80's and early 90's then you'll know who this band is. I have the original album when they were called Kingpin, and that rocked, but when they moved to the States and got signed, this was a re-recording of the same material with better production, and it ROCKS!!!

Highlights for me are, "Dont care bout nuthin", "Explorer" and "Nervous", but it is still one of the top played on my itunes.

Harry K Cody's guitar work is outstanding, and the rest are no slouches.

Beg, borrow or steal but just get this album"
Kick ass!

"this cd rocks but the singer truly sucks on most tunes he does. the guitar work is excellent the bass & drums typical 80's hair rock beat. this was a under rated cd mostly in part to the singers bad throat in my opinion. the band done well on the follow up cd 2nd coming. they done good to have the bassist do the singing.the cd's strong point the guitar work is truly amazing. best song ... idont care about nothing. the cd comes with a stencel of shotgun messiah dont pay the high price for it if the cd dont have it. its a collectors piece now if you have it."
