Cindy Mizelle's voice is clear as a bell, and very powerful. The song's message is upbeat, and inspirational, and Tony Moran's production is the best it's been in a long time. There are a lot of dark dance songs out there right now, and that's what makes "Shine On" so special. It's an uplifting, gospel influenced dance thumper that will carry you away. The rise and fall builds are fabulous, and the underlying chords are slighty trancy, without losing the core club sound. Richie Santana's mixes are the real gems, although you can't go wrong with any of the remixes on this disc. Just breathtaking."
