When I'm happy, I listen to her. When I'm down, I listen to her. I never seem to tire of her incredible voice, which is kind of a jazz-soul-bluesy-funk, three-and-a-half octave range thing she's got going on. Believe me, she's for real. I saw her at Ronnie Scott's in London last December and she rocked the house. On stage she's like a Janis Joplin - you can't help but be moved and fall in love. Word has it that she's appearing in New York in September 2001. For now, if you live in or are going to England, check out her website: sarahjanemorris.com.
