CD Reviews

Now This Is Good
Benjamin Norman | Washington DC | 10/18/2004
(4 out of 5 stars)

"I found Rose Falcon's voice to be very pretty, very comforting, and a great pleasure to listen to. Her songs are uplifting, a bit childish, and a lot of fun.

She has this ability to broach a lot of subjects without ever seeming to lose her innocence. "Up, Up, Up" is all about partying, pillow fights, etc. "Breathe" is about the pain of loss, but the ability to deal. There are other songs about "Fun", and loss, and it's a great album overall.

My only issue is that is is 9 songs long. We need more!"
Bubble Gum: Not that there's anything wrong with that.

"What's to say? It's fun, sweet, upbeat, clean... Granted, it's not going to win the Pulitzer Prize or change the world like the Beatles. But it's a terrific little album. I only wish there were a few more songs on it. It feels a tad unfinished. Also, if you like Rose, check out her father's CD: Billy Falcon, Pretty Blue World."
This CD rocks!

"If you don't like songs that get stuck in your head for days on end, then this is not the cd for you! Rose Falcons great lyrics and hoppin' music will have you singing every time. Besides the fact that you'll love her songs, it's great to find a safe CD that doesn't have any bad language or innapropriate lyrics. With the way sociaty is today, it's great to have a great clean young singer. I never did like Brittney Spears, so i'm glad to have a replacment! Keep singing Rose!"
