"all i am going to say that a recording made in the 21st century of authentic french creole biguines and quadrilles is very welcome. i regret that there is not more of this sort of thing out there, purchased it during the holidays, now all we need is 10 more cd's of biguines and other creole roots music (espically one with some horn or clarinet players next time), great accordionist, fine proto rapping in creole (the link between the french quadrille and rap is here my friends), and it grooves like a great field recording should, enjoy, yves francois smierciak"
