The Revelator's 1991 CD release, Amazing Stories was announced as their 'Debut'; seems an odd word to use for a group of musicians who have been an integral part of the Australian music scene for so long. Inspired by Joe's encyclopaedic knowledge of good music, songs from artists like the Burrito Bros., Jr Walker and Dylan were respectfully resurrected, reinterpreted, remastered and re-released with two extra tracks in 2001.
