"Burger is like a Yiddish version of Carlos Santana. His guitar licks are hot, yet the melodies are Jewish. He works with traditional Jewish Prayers and puts them to a Jazz-Rock-Percussion style that is truly unique! I would recomend this CD to anyone, but especially to those who are searching to be proud of their Jewish Heritage."

"I saw Rebbe promoting his album at a bookstore years and years ago, quite by accident, and purchased a copy of Rebbe Soul. I loved it and played it up and down for weeks on end. Then I loaned the CD out and it never came back. Recently I came across this album again here on Amazon and immediately ordered it - and I'm back to playing it back to back 24/7 again. It's hot, it's cool, it's funk, it's jazz, it's soul, it's some Yiddish, all thrown together into a tremendously energetic and rhythmic album by an amazingly talented musician. What took me so long to repurchase it??????"
