CD ReviewsMost brutal album of 2001! 09/29/2001 (5 out of 5 stars) "This band made their debut a couple of years ago with the excellent "Burn the Promised Land". The album had all the elements a great album needed, speed, time changes, drumming, vocals and atmosphere. That's right, this band creates atmoshpere but not in a black metal symphonic etc. etc. way, an atmosphere of chaos, violence and hate. Wan't to break something? Listen to Reign in Blood or Annihilation!
This album is a step up from the debut. It is faster, more relentless, more brutal and improves on the vocal department.It completely separates the band from the Krisiun mold, and in many ways suprases them. They are the perfect war machine, this isn't a Krisiun clone, this is Krisiun on cocaine! Lets hope this band gets the promotion and exposure they deserve..." |
