Album Description
2009 release from the veteran British rockers (who are known as The London Quireboys in the U.S.). Halfpenny Dancer features new acoustic/Americana versions of Quireboys classics like 'King Of New York', 'There She Goes Again' and 'Roses And Rings' amongst others. The album also features some surprise cover versions. Halfpenny Dancer was recorded at Moor Hall Studios with producer Chris Corney. The current line-up of the band includes original front man Spike Gray and guitarist Guy Griffin together with Paul Guerin (guitar), Damon Williams (bass), Keith Weir (keyboards) and Phil Martini (drums).
