This unique CD pays tribute to one of opera's all-time greatest hits with a compilation of great moments sung by great singers of the past. Included is a short 1907 recording with the speaking voices of Puccini and his wife. Among rarities is Japanese soprano Tamaki Miura (1884-1946) singing "un bel di" both in Italian and Japanese! Historic recordings 1908-1953.
