This CD is great for when you want to calm down or fall asleep. I love listening to it at bedtime or while I do yoga. Each track is long and a little bit different from the one before. There are no short loops, no music made by humans, just calming ocean wave sounds.

"The ocean sounds are nice to fall asleep but the bird screeching wakes you back up! If anyone knows of a CD that leaves out the birds, let me know. Thanks!"
