Peter Kruder's Private Collection is the first volume in the new Private Collection Master Series from G-Stone - it also marks 15 years for the label. And in another first, Private Collection is also the first mix that Peter Kruder has released since the landmark K+D Sessions, which has now gone on to sell a staggering 1 million copies worldwide! As well as K+D, Peter also works and produces under the name Peace Orchestra, Voom Voom and produces for artists such as Christian Prommer. Fame as Kruder + Dorfmeister has seen him remix such artists as Madonna and Depeche Mode. The idea behind the Private Collection series is just that - it showcases some of the artists favourite tracks and others that have influenced their own music and productions. Key artists on the compilation include Tom Waits (many will recognise the track as the theme from HBO's The Wire!) Talk Talk, Tortoise, Japan and Kruder+Dorfmeister themselves.
