A Perfect Delight

"This is one of the best spoken word based recordings I've heard.Apparently the good people at Cold Spring had a bitch of a time achieving a final mix so it's to their credit that the production is as superb as it is.Fans of Psychic TV and Genesis P-Orridge in general should get a lot of enjoyment/enlightenment out of what Gen has to say. His vocals are treated electronically which helps to emphasise his more profound sermon like utterances and also helps integrate his voice with the musical accompaniment.Which brings me to Merzbow's contribution.Merzbow fans may be initially disappointed that Akita Masami's genius music was mastered at less than it's usual gut pounding volume, but this is a spoken word cd after all and Genesis would have had to be screeching at the top of his lungs to compete with the usual Merzbow blitz. True Merzbow fans however will soon realise that what we have here are some of Akita's best, most intriguing recordings ever. Pure aural poetry and proof that Akita Masami is one of Noise music's most accomplished composers and one of music's true artists."
!!!!!!!BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFULL NOISE!!!!!!!!!!

"This cd is extremely amazing! Two musical-sound art-geniuses together.....could there be anything better! Of course I'm talking about the man behind Merzbow and (my very favorite!) Genesis P-Orridge. These two amazing people actually combined to create one magnificant masterpiece. I highly suggest this album to any Psychic TV fans. Every song on this cd is great. And I would like to thank them for making the most physically exhausting music ever! I litrally feel dead tired after listening to this cd or any other Merzbow album......but that's the best kind of music......the kind that leaves its impression on you even after you turn it off."
An amazing collaboration

"And what a fine pair they make. One, the man that gave us Industrial music, and the other, the man who has taken it to it's furthest extreme. What they have created with this album is nothing short of pure genius. Gen's reflective poetry is thought provoking to say the least, even if you don't subscribe to his particular philosophies. And Masami's unbelievable sonic experimentations once again prove to be as mind blowing as ever. Fans of Throbbing Gristle will not want to pass up on this. Fans of Merzbow already know what to expect. This album is a perfect mixture of noise and poetry. Pure Industrial and pure art."
