"This was the first record I ever bought (in the late fifties)and was happy to buy the CD because I have worn out the record. The CD sounds even better. In over forty years of listening I still rate this recording as one of my favorites."

"I originaly purchased Solo Mood in 45RPM format in 1955. I have enjoyed the Soft Jazz and interpretive improvisations of the Soloists and the Orchestra which follow the line and tune of the orginal music. It is a most enjoyable set of Music. The 12 tunes in front of Solo Mood are just as great and Paul Weston is a Class A arranger."
