Born and raised in a working class home in Central Pennsylvania, George Tovey first picked up a guitar at age eleven.

Never taking a day lessons, he has developed his own style over the past twenty years that incorporated the influences of his varied musical influences while creating a sound that is all his own. Tovey has a gift for songwriting and the music flows out of his truly inspired artist; his is able to literally "see" music as shapes and colors, creating a unique sound that can be described as musical poetry.

Drawing on his experience and travels, including service in the United States Marine Corps, these original instrumental guitar tunes were inspired by love, loss, and an awe-inspiring trip West. Geroge Tovey's wonderfully relaxing music will mystify and mesmerize the listener. Great for in the car, at home, and at work, this music serves as a superb backdrop to daily life.

The fifteen songs included in this collection defy classification and will give the listener a new appreciation for the beauty of the guitar.
