Orchestra Mastrangelo is a new entrant in the world of music. Its purpose is to provide original, fully orchestrated, classically-inspired compositions for a wide and varied audience. The music is melody-intensive and conveys a cinematic vision - expansive and dramatic - yet is arranged for easy listening. While the compositions were written by David V. Mastran, may others have contributed significantly. Graham A. Hepburn elevated the scores to professional levels and added his own sense of pace. Paul Carrol Binkley and Tim Powell provided the rich orchestral arrangements and mesmerizing counter melodies. The musicians on this collection, among Nashville's best, also contributed many ideas during the recording sessions. This entire project was inspired by David's father, whose ancestral name was Mastrangelo.
