Synopsis

Album Description
Grammy® - nominated entertainer Omarion makes his long awaited return to the scene with his third studio album, Ollusion Throughout each record on the forthcoming release, Omarion showcases his growth as an artist and entertainer. Omarion is back with an updated sound and truly consistent album that proves he has grown up, as his fans have. The triple threat known for his vocal, dancing and acting abilities, penned and co-produced all of the songs on Ollusion. Producers who collaborated on the album include Tank, King, Detail and 253, among others; along with guest appearances by Gucci Mane and Fabolous. The premiere single, "I Get It In," has Omarion reuniting with producer Tank (responsible for title track and first single "O" on the last album). The song is an up-tempo banger featuring Southern rapper Gucci Mane. "My style has evolved so much on this album - I was able to express truly who I am from a creative and artistic standpoint, which allowed me to share a personal side of myself with my fans through my music. This is my masterpiece and I can't wait for the world to hear my new album," Omarion said. "I am very excited about my new home at EMI and know that this is the perfect opportunity for me to return to the charts."

CD Reviews

38 minutes of crappy everything

"wow i loved face /off and 21 was not bad but this cd ohh myy god. who produced this. it sounds so weak, theses are some lame beats. good luck dancin let alone moving at all to this. and the song wet! when the hell is that going to end. it sounds like theres no real music background, just bad sounds and weak, i can make at home drum/ keyboard sounds. its only 38 minutes long. i feel he might get if he's lucky 1 hit off of it, but i can't find it. i bought this i didn't download it, or get it free, and really was surprised how bad it is. another thing on the song "code red" they use the alarm sound thats on my ipod for alarms i use, and i thought it was my ipod going off (LOL) anyways. check it for yourself."
Very Different Approach, for Omarion lol!!

"Where do I start off lol. Omarion has been my boy, since the B2K days lol. He is one of my favorite musicians, since day one. I truely believe, Omarion goin solo was the best thing that ever happened too him. Omarions first album - O was such an amazin album. 2nd album - 21, is actually my favorite soo far to date from Omarion. Face Off, with Bow Wow kinda threw me off but I liked it but not as much as Omarion's solo albums. This album, Ollusion is where I really draw a blank lol. It has deff, grown on me but very different for Omarion's style. I'm alittle upset, that he's doin all this rappin all of a sudden b/c I'm an r&b singer too and it breaks my heart to see an r&b singer turn rapper lol. One thing I gotta say tho, is I'm not a hater lol. I don't hate on no one, that trys something different. Maybe he just needed to get it outta his system, and when he gets feedback on what people think maybe he'll stick to his r&b roots!! I think one thing people should keep in mind is, I don't think this album was released under a major record label. I think it's more, an indie record label soo he prob doesn't have the kinda funds to bang out all smash hits from producers that charge in arm and leg to do just one song lol. Soo, I give him credit where credit is due. If u look at how many peole worked on this album, you'll see it wasn't very much. Soo, for the very few people that did work on this album I'm not settin the bar as high as an album by like Chris Brown who is signed to Jive Records and has the funds to get every big hit maker and still make a profit..."

"Wow I love this album because its versatile. There's club music and there's slow sexy bedroom songs on here. Don't judge a book by its cover! "I Get It In" is NOT the best song on the album. There's so much more to "Ollusion". Good work Omarion."
