"As the title states, this disc reminds me of Skinny Puppy in 1986-1988. You've got a lot of dark moods and overtones. As well, you've got some noisy songs and some just plain strange pieces. The strange ones are for the most part experimental with no real structure or beat. I like them for the fact that they are so dark and creepy, worthy of a 'Blue Light, Black Candle' affair. For the most part, this CD sounds a lot like music circa 1987 and not 1997 like Amazon has said above. It is dark with a lot of different percussive noises and interesting sounds. Highlights are 'God Is Dead', 'Lies' and 'Guilt'. Basically if you liked Skinny Puppy's Mind: The Perpetual Intercourse or VIVIsectVI, then pick this CD up, it's right up your alley."

"A classic pre-industial album. This is some good stuff to come from 1987. The first half of the CD is electronic type stuff, while the second half is experimental/noise. My favorite tracks off this album are: Lies, Guilt, and The Hanging Key."
