CD Reviews

This one IS one of the "all time greatest!!!"

"If you are into thrash/speed/death metal, THIS ONE IS A MUST!!! Nuclear Assault has their own style, and this one is the Mona Lisa of that. This one IS up there with Reign in Blood, Bonded by Blood, Peace Sells (but who..."cares?"- haha), Darkness Descends, etc., etc..

Survive is even far better than Among the Living, and anyone who knows Anthrax AT ALL "knows" that this is Anthrax's very best. So if that doesn't tell you about this recording, then I guess "nothing will."

In short, Sony HAD to take this one out of print because NO ONE WAS BUYING ANYTHING ELSE- therefore making it where Sony had this huge stockpile of The Plague, Game Over, etc., and "couldn't sell any of them." All anyone wanted was Survive, which is why it's out of print now, and now we are having to fight like starving dogs to get it on Ebay, because no one can get it anywhere else!- I even talked to Glenn Evans about this, and HE even had to buy it off of Ebay for $50!!! "Believe it or not!"

Before I take off, Handle with Care is just short of Survive, BUT THERE IS ONLY "1" SURVIVE!!! (like there is only 1 Reign in Blood, and I think we all know that Slayer wont beat that one ever again, "let alone equal it") Til next time...."
Entertaining and thrashy at it's best.......

"Easily the best produced album for Nuclear Assault. These thrasher pioneers put out their best work on this album. Intense guitars (not too flashy) with pounding drum work by Glenn Evans (very underrated drummer). I wish the rest of N.A.'s albums had this type of sound production. This is still one of my favorite albums along with Game Over and Slayer's - Reign in Blood. Long live thrash metal....."
Very ambitious!!!!

"
Nuclear Assault's best along with "Handle with care". Back in a day i get this gem on cassette, but now is out of print and the only copies around expense your wallet. This group shows their talent here, with chaotic thrashing riffs, with the characterictic hardcore influence. The vocals are impresive. So this record is history, get it!!"
